Elijah T. Kemp

Elijah T. Kemp was born and raised right here in Hot Springs, Arkansas. He is very happy to be back serving the community of his upbringing. Elijah earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. Elijah then earned his juris doctor degree from the University of Arkansas Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law. While in law school, Elijah clerked for a successful criminal defense and personal injury firm and was a legal extern in the Arkansas’ 93rd General Assembly. 

Elijah focuses his practice on litigation. Specifically, Elijah focuses his attention to representing individuals state-wide and local businesses. Elijah decided to join The Ray Firm because of the firm’s reputation for and commitment to providing personalized representation on a case by case basis. Elijah prides himself in being accessible to his clients and ensuring that he will always be handling your matters personally rather than handing them off to other departments of the firm.
